Using Zettle with your PayPal Business account?

For regulatory reasons, we need to confirm our customer's personal details and business information. It’s important that you keep the information on your Zettle account up to date.
If any information has changed since you first registered your account, please let us know by contacting customer support.

How do I update my legal details on a Zettle account?
To update your business details, please email us your request. For security reasons, please make sure to always contact us from the main email address linked to your Zettle account. This is the same email you use to log in to the Zettle application or online.
We may ask you to provide us with supporting documentation, such as a valid photo ID, POB (proof of business), POA (proof of address), and others, depending on your business type and country of registration.
If asked to provide documentation, please include photos of both sides, front and back, of your ID, and make sure it’s not expired. The copy should show the whole document clearly, with no blur, glare, or shadows. We can’t accept documents if any part is covered, blocked, or missing. All four corners must be visible.
Good to know: You cannot change your account details from one company to another (different company number). Instead, please register a new Zettle account.
