How do I do my accounting with Zettle? 

If you want to save time on accounting and bookkeeping, we have a range of services that can help. Let’s start with your sales reports! 

Reports

You’ll find a lot of important accounting information under ‘Reports’ at my.zettle.com.

We create a range of different sales reports in your Zettle account to help you get an overview of business, and you can export any of these reports to help with your bookkeeping.

Reports Overview 

Visit my.zettle.com then click ‘Reports’ and then ‘Overview’. Here you’ll find accounting information such as total sales, top selling products and a breakdown of how your customers paid. 

If you want to declare Zettle payments methods separately (cash, card, invoice, etc), you can get a good overview of payments on this page. 

To print or export your sales reports you have two options:

  • If you want to send a printout of information to your accountant, tap the printer icon in the top right corner of the page
  • If you want to collect the information you need in a digital format, click the ‘Export’ button to create an Excel file or PDF.

Receipts and invoices 

If you’ve been asked to submit individual receipts or invoices to your tax authority, you can print them out or export them to an Excel sheet or PDF by visiting my.zettle.com and then the ‘Receipts & invoices’ page. 

As with your sales reports, there are two options: 

  • If you want to send a printout of information to your accountant, tap the printer icon in the top right corner of the page 
  • If you want to collect the information you need in a digital format, click the ‘Export’ button to create an Excel file. 

Accounting apps and integrations 

If you want to save hours spent on bookkeeping, connect your Zettle account directly to an accounting app

How do I connect my Zettle account to an accounting app?

Visit my.zettle.com and then click ‘Integrations’. Select the ‘Accounting’ tab and then choose whichever accounting app you please.
