Customising your receipts
You can customise the information that is shown on your receipt, such as your contact details, opening hours and so on.
Get a printer
To change what information is shown on your receipt, sign in to your account at my.zettle.com, go to ”Settings” and select ”Receipt information”.
You can change the following receipt information:
*The option to register for individual Zettle accounts was removed in March 2017. This information applies to existing users only.

Please note that the information you change under ”Receipt information” applies only to your receipts, i.e. if you add another email address on your receipt, it does not affect the email address you use to sign in to your Zettle account.
You can change the following receipt information:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- City
- Postal code
- Free text field: here you can add information about your business, such as opening hours, return policy etc.
- Website
- You can change your logo under "Account settings"
