By participating in PayPal’s Point of Sale transaction fee offer (the "Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). 

Offer. The Promotion is a waiver on PayPal Point of Sale transaction fees (“PayPal POS Fees”), as set out here, (each referred to as the “Standard Rates”) during the Fee Waiver Period (as defined below).  

Promotion Period. The Promotion starts at 12:01:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on 5 May 2026 and ends at 11:59:00p.m. GMT on 30 June 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). 

“Fee Waiver Period”: Starts on the day Eligible Participant upgrades to a PayPal business account and ends 30 (thirty) calendar days after this date.  

Eligibility. To be an eligible participant (an “Eligible Participant”), during the Promotion Period each participant must: (1) be eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) be a resident in the UK; (3)  hold a United Kingdom PayPal POS (formally Zettle) account ​and must not be in violation of these Terms,  or subject to any restrictions or suspension in accordance with the PayPal Point of Sale General Terms and Conditions and PayPal Point of Sale Payment Terms and Conditions ​(a “Valid Account”); and (4) receive an authorised invitation for the Promotion (the “Invitation”). 

How it works. Eligible ​​​​Participants (defined below) must: 

1. Receive an authorised Invitation;  

2. Sign up for or activate a PayPal business account; ​​an​ 
3. Complete eligible transactions during the Fee Waiver Period. 

Only ​eligible transactions ​made ​​​through​ PayPal POS​ ​during the Fee Waiver Period shall be eligible.  

“Fee Waiver”: PayPal shall waive fees on eligible transactions during the Fee Waiver Period. Fees will apply on PayPal POS transactions made and/or settled after the Fee Waiver Period ends. Fees will return to the then current Standard Rate, for more information about fees, see here.  During the Promotion Period and Fee Waiver Period, Eligible Participants must have a Valid Account. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Promotion, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the Promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or transaction(s) are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. PayPal reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion. Any questions relating to the Promotion will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding. Participation in the Promotion requires account migration, which cannot be reversed.
